Trooper: Trooper passed away in the spring of 2026. Senior Pomeranian mix Trooper had come to Leashes End in the spring of 2025 along with super senior Barry Chip (RIP).  These two oldies were small and much frailer than the other dogs being fostered by our friend Peggy B.  Trooper was exactly that: a trooper.  He loved to hang and run with the big dogs.  He also had a playful streak and would dance around with the ladies, including Trudy, Kathy, and Trina.  Trooper was such a good boy; he never got into any mischief. He loved long walks on his own or with company down to the front gate. And he preferred to sleep alone in his own bed in the living room at night. RIP, Trooper. May your memory be a blessing. Z”L.
