Ressler

Ressler

Ressler: Ressler crossed the Rainbow Bridge in the spring of 2026. He had joined Leashes End in February, 2025 when a kindred spirit and rescuer in Naples contacted us about taking this lovely 11-year-old. Poor Ressler suffered from separation anxiety at a time when his owner needed to travel a lot for work.  At the time, we were still refereeing between Max and Frank and could not conceive of bringing in another big dog.  Bu what a difference time can make.  Over the summer, Frank passed away and we agreed to test Ressler out with Max.  The two appeared to do well at their meet and greet and so we welcomed Ressler into the Leashes End family. Ressler found a good fit with the pack, which has reduced his anxiety. He loved to run and had the goofiest gait, his ears flopping about his head. RIP, Ressler. May your memory be a blessing. Z”L.
